Past Work
We can take the lead in stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing or alternatively, if you already have an in-house team, we can provide additional support, some extra horse power.
Whether you need long-term assistance or just some short-term support, we understand the critical importance of delivering effective stakeholder engagement support and marcoms solutions right from the start.

Stakeholder Engagement
Managing the communication strategies and stakeholder involvement for the M8 M74 M73 motorway project in Scotland was a significant undertaking. Integral to the project's success was active engagement within the community, spanning from the initial phases of design and planning, through the construction phase, and extending to the crucial aspects of operating and maintaining the newly established trunk road and its associated infrastructure.

Community Engagement
Aye Media worked with the communications team at SP Energy Networks on the partnering campaign with Glasgow Warriors. This innovative partnership saw a number of brilliant community events and included ongoing promotion of the national phone number (105) to report a powercut.

SP Energy Networks were heavily involved in match day community activity, supporting schools and local clubs, the SP Energy Networks Warriors Championship for schools, and a number of other key initiatives aimed at inspiring the next generation of rugby players from surrounding communities.

Story Telling through Social
We help several companies tell their story on social media on an ongoing basis. After establishing the social goals and objectives of each client we source, create and edit content, then analyse its impact.

As content marketing has taken off, many brands are simply publishing frequent, low-quality content. But the best marketeers are headed in another direction and embracing quality.

We are firmly in the second camp and prefer to craft content that hits the right mark with the audience rather than adding to the spammy seas of digital junk-mail. The type of content we create is backed with more research and a slightly higher production value than is typical for run of the mill marketing content. In our opinion, it's better to have two really well thought out posts with quality media than five pieces of cobbled-together, hasty and haphazard posts.

Public Relations
We were delighted to collaborate with The Wee House Company, an innovative modular house-building firm, during 2019 and 2020. Our brief was to optimise PR through national media channels, and we successfully gained substantial coverage for the company across various newspapers, magazines and online platforms. Our efforts also resulted in securing noteworthy filming opportunities on 4 On Demand, Grand Designs, BBC2, BBC Alba, and the BBC's 'My Kind of Town.' Further bolstering the PR initiative, we also entered the company into several awards, leaving 2020 on a high as The Wee House Company was crowned winner of the Build It Awards. We were especially proud to see our next award submission bag first place too. Company founder Jennifer Higgins, took away the prestigious title of Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 following our entry into The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, often dubbed "The Grammys of Entrepreneurship”.

Marketing
Neil Mullarkey transforms the creative and collaborative capabilities of teams and leaders across the world with his unique improv and communication expertise. You've may have seen him on Whose Line Is It Anyway or from the Austin Powers movies. Or you may know him from the Comedy Store Players, Europe's top improv troupe, which he co-founded with Mike Myers. Neil was looking for a suite of promotional videos to showcase his unique skills in a clear and concise way- in under two minutes. Oh and he also wanted to promote his book and the Comedy Store Players too. Communicating intricate subject matter succinctly can be challenging when one possesses in-depth knowledge and that's where our expertise came into play. We grilled Neil for a good couple of hours, carried out research, tested and refined some initial ideas and then did a trial video run where Neil was aware of the questions in advance. While the initial outcome was good, we realised there was a missing element – Neil's authenticity shone through when faced with unexpected questions. So that’s exactly what we did. A second filming take but this time springing some, frankly, absolute belter questions at him. He was utterly brilliant. After the editing process, we were delighted to present Neil with a bonus 'bloopers' reel, showcasing his standout moments and highlighting a key point in his teaching; ‘every moment is an opportunity to enhance your charisma and bring your creativity to the forefront’.
We’d love to share the blooper reel but Neil hasn’t released it yet so we don’t want to spoil the surprise. Follow Neil here and it’ll pop up on your timeline at some point in the near future!
